yes, i am a sad old goth... i'm also a gardener, woodworker, great cook, avid reader, listener, brewer of dark ales and herbal wines, music addict, bagpiper, teller of tall tales, father, husband and generally swell chap.
i'm very conservative, politically and socially.

we live in a house built in 1841, aptly named "Stately Sad Old Goth Manor...", which we share with our cat, Tiger The Cat, some flying squirrels that move into the attic every winter and the occasional little brown bat the finds it's way in through the ancient chimneys.
we live a very peaceful, quite life, occasionally punctuated by incredibly loud and fun filled parties, visits by our wonderful daughters and we celebrate every holiday with vigor.
